th444 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", or "you") and th444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern all access to and use of the th444 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and any other services provided by the Platform (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing th444, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. • You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Account sharing is prohibited. Each account is personal to the registered player only.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of th444 or any of its affiliated service providers.

th444 may conduct identity and age verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle, including during withdrawal processing. Where KYC documentation is requested, players must supply it within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so may result in account restriction or closure.

When you register an account with th444, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. Your registered mobile number serves as your unique account identifier. You must notify th444 immediately via customer support if your registered mobile number changes or if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. th444 will treat any action taken by a person who has logged in using your credentials as an action taken by you. To protect your account, you should observe the following practices:

• Never share your password or login credentials with any third party, including individuals who claim to represent th444 support. th444 staff will never ask for your password.

th444 reserves the right to suspend any account where unusual or suspicious activity is detected. In such cases, we will contact the registered mobile number associated with the account. Accounts suspected of being used fraudulently will be investigated and may be permanently closed, with balances withheld pending the outcome of the investigation.

th444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh-native payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following general conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. th444 may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal above a specified threshold.
• Active bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. The specific wagering requirement applicable to any bonus will be stated in the individual bonus terms at the time the bonus is claimed.
• th444 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, the matter will be investigated and the player notified through their registered contact details.

• Bonuses are available to one account per household and per mobile number. Registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once constitutes fraud and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Welcome bonuses may only be claimed on a player's first qualifying deposit. Subsequent deposits are not eligible for the welcome bonus regardless of the amount deposited.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the th444 platform. A breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances including winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person with the intent of circumventing these Terms or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to access or interact with the Platform in a manner that is not through normal manual play.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with any th444 employee, contractor, or affiliate to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime through deposits, play activity, or withdrawals on the Platform.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or vulnerability in the Platform to gain funds or an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and must be returned.

th444 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free of errors or technical defects, or that any specific game outcome will occur. Games are powered by certified RNG systems and outcomes are entirely random. th444 is not responsible for losses arising from network connectivity issues on the player's side, device failures, or third-party service interruptions beyond th444's direct control.

th444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
